Empowered Garen

Hi I'm a Garen main, and I thought of a way to make him an awesome Champ for rank and draft games. Now it is hard for a Garen to fight Long rang or mid rang champ right? The only thing i would change is his W. Now don't get rid of the shield just add to it. The idea i had was a passive of the ability I call empower that turns his Q and E in to mid rang attacks, and it lasts as long as the W does. To give you any example, his empowered Q would work a lot like Sion's Q but not as wide, and the closer you are to Garen it does more damage. The empowered E would work Like Draven's Q but it has a cool down, and maybe add a heal if you catch it.

Empowered W itself when its active heals heals Garen 50% of the damage done to monsters/minions, but 60% for enemy champions. I don't mind if they nerf the shield to do this.

I think this evens the playing field. what do you think want one of the abilities , a combo of two, or do you want an OP Garen with all three?
