Skin: Cheshire Ziggs

TL;DR - title says it all - Skin suggestion - Cheshire Ziggs.

Hello, I know, there were posts about adding more Alice in Wonderland skins, for example Cheshire Rengar, Ahri and even, for some reason, Tahm Kench. I wanted to propose only one - Cheshire Ziggs.

Why ? Easy - it's perfect on him! First thing, that comes to my mind, when I read/hear Cheshire Cat - eyes and smile. First thing about Ziggs - smile, glasses and explosion. He looks like cat, has same smile and he's a little bit insane. I know, someone will say, that he doesn't exactly look like cat. My answer will be - hey, Tibbers isn't White Rabbit either. This is small detail.

Why not , who has bigger resemblance of cat? My answer would be - Rengar's personality. He's not crazy, like Ziggs. Also, he doesn't have that charming smile. Same goes to - her main idea is that she is all about charming enemy, leading him into deathtrap, she doesn't have that note of insanity of Cheshire. - You cannot make skin based on mouth resemblance + Tahm is all about eating the world.

What it will look like? Definitely not like Disney version ! American McGee's Cheshire is more Ziggs-like in his behavior (darker, more brutal), but I think Tim Burton's version would be the best starting point - he's more Ziggs-like in visual style. Plus, it would make awesome recall animation with smoke and stuff.

How much it will cost? 1820 RP minimum. Why? See next questions.

What will be unique for this skin? Everything! Let's go through it, point by point:

• Visual: As stated earlier - starting point will be Tim Burton's version. Though on his eyes will remain glasses, I think it is acceptable to make lenses like eyes of Cheshire. On his back he will carry gift box (like the one, used for Present Amumu skin's head), like backpack - that's where he keeps his ult. I think he doesn't need any clothes, just body, similar to Cheshire's in colors and fluffyness.
• Voice: Something, similar to this
• Auto-attacks and Passive: In his hands we see small teacups, similar to this. By default they're white and empty. When passive is ready, they become more red and filled with tea. So, when empty is thrown, it breaks like simple teacup. When passive is up, they break with a tea spilled.
• Q: Same as auto-attacks, but always full, and they always jump on their bottom and in the end, or due to contact with enemy, it cracks and spills tea (to represent AoE damage :) ).
• W: Instead of C-4, it will be teapot. While it counts time to explode, it becomes hotter and hotter, which means more red color and visuals of boiling tea. In the end, it explodes very similar to Q. When he makes rocket jump with it, only his head will fly through the air (with smoke, instead of body and with 360° rotation) and in place of his landing appears body on which heads lands.
• E: Instead of mini-bombs it will be sugar cubes, cookies and candies. Very easy.
• R: It is not a tea party without a cake! Any cake would do. On top of it can be drawn bomb. When Ziggs ults, he gets from his gift box cake and throws it. On the target location, ult's mark can be either huge plate, or cake's representation, if view from top. When it explodes, it does it as real cake would do it - with bits in every direction!
• Recall: His body turns to smoke (like in the movie), only head remains, box drops on the ground, head opens it and "jumps" into a box, closing it. On base it can appear as box, from which head pops out and then body appears from smoke with attached box.
• Death animation: something like his usual one, but not explosion, just vanishing in smoke. And on earth can be left smile, googles and box. On revive - same as on recall end.
• Joke: "What a purrr-fect day for a tea party!". After he says it, he immediately starts to drink tea from his cups (I know, it's not ideal. Any suggestions are welcome).
• Taunt: "You definitely need another cup!". While he says it he can stack 3-4 cups on his head (Once again - suggestions are welcome).
• Dance: Something like Futterwacken
• Laugh: Deeper voice laugh. When he laughs he can disappear completely, just leave eyes and smile itself.
• Special interactions:

• When there's Annie in Wonderland in enemy team, he has special Taunt for her - "Are You lost, little Annie? No white rabbit to guide You now!". During the taunt he can behave just like the one in the movie. When she's in his team, he can say "Don't worry, little Annie, just follow the White Rabbit!"
• When there's Mad Hatter Shaco in enemy team, he has special Taunt for him - "I really do love that hat!". And then he rotates, like in the end of clip and hat is on his head. When Shaco is in his team, the quote will be this "I'm looking forward to see You do Futterwacken in the end!"
• When he buys , he says something like "Not the hat, that I love, but it will work too!" Same goes with
• When he buys , he says something like "Hope they won't fall off!" making reference to his smoke body.

Any suggestions for improvements are welcomed!

Why I think, this skin is great idea? Everyone agrees, that Ziggs is very similar to Cheshire Cat. So it begs for itself, that Ziggs needs that skin.
