Skin concept: Firefighter Illaoi

Well, first off, I am not skilled in any photo editting program. So I'm just gonna have to tell my ideas, if anybody agrees with me on this skinconcept and is skilled in PS or whatever, feel free to make some pictures about it.

Let's start with her look: Just a classic firefighter, helmet and a suit. But instead off having the temple thing or whatever she's holding, she has a fire hydrant in her hands.

passive: instead of spawning tentacles, she spawns a firehose shooting water in the air.

q: When using this abilitie she slams water on the ground coming out of her fire hydrant.

w: When using this abilty on an enemy champion/minion or neutral monster a visual effect comes where the character is set on fire. This effects dissapears after the tentacle (now a firehose) hits the ground.

e: Instead of ripping out a blue soul, she rips out the soul of the enemy, but it's on fire.

r: instead of jumping in the air, a water hose shoots her up and then landing down, creating more firehoses, you know how it works.
