So what concept did you make? It doesn't look like you made anything here. Maybe try Story and Art board?
Anyways this post isn't really a constructive way to help Riot improve the skin. If you took more time to think about it and write up a well made post, you'll absolutely help Riot. I don't like the skin either, but calling the work someone spent hours and hours on trash and then not offering any meaningful feedback is useless and damaging.
