Welcome to my first Champion Concept. Walton: The Fisherman.

Lore: (Lol lore is basically screwed, so It can't get any worse). Walton was raised by his mother and father in a seaside village on the coast of the Guardian's Sea, until they were both swept out to sea in a horrific boating accident. They mysteriously disappeared, and Walton was left to take care of his father's fishing shop all alone. One day, as he was tidying the shop, he noticed that his prized fish was missing. He whipped around, just in time to catch a stranger running away with his most prized possession. He grabbed his gear, and ran after that man, chasing him across the ocean, and straight to Bandle city, where the person mysteriously disappeared. He vows to reclaim his fish, and return to his homeland to continue his lifelong dream of becoming the greatest fisherman in all of Runeterra.

Friends: Fizz Nami

Enemies: Teemo (BECAUSE TEEMO STOLE HIS FISH THAT LITTLE SH**)

Statistics Auto Range: 125 Health: 550 (+80 per level) Health Regen: 8.5 (+.60 per level) Mana: 360 (+60 per level) Mana Regen: 7.6 (+.6 per level) Attack Damage: 54 Attack Speed: .645 (+2.1% per level) Movement Speed: 346 Manga Regen: 8 (+.6 per level) Armor: 25 (+4.5 per level) Magic Resist: 35 (+5 per level)

Passive 1 - Grub: Every third consecutive auto attack, Walton hits the target with a basket which impairs target's movement and reduces armour and magic resistance.

Passive 2 - Fisherman's Call: Travels 10% faster in rivers.

Q - Fish Slap

Cost: 45/50/55/60/65 mana Range: Self Walton pulls out a fish, knocking the enemy slightly aside, and slowing them. Can be stacked up to 3 times, and refreshes auto attack timer.

Walton hits the enemy with a fish dealing 60/70/80/90/100 (+70% AD) physical damage. With one stack (one hit) Walton slows the target for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. With two stacks (Two hits to activate) Walton stuns the target for 1 second. With three stacks (Three hits to activate) Which is the maximum amount of stacks, you silence the enemy for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25 seconds.

Cooldown: 7.5/6.75/6/5.25/4.5 seconds

W - Reel Deal

Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana Range (Distance): 1100 Range (Width): 100

Walton pulls out his fishing hook and reels it out in a straight line, grabbing one single ally, enemy, or neutral monster. Reactivating W pulls them towards him slightly, but walking a short while away and hitting W, will instantly pull them towards Walton. (Can be blocked by spell shield, zhonyas, and cleanse). Enemies can escape the hook by using flash, or when hooked, walk towards Walton to prevent him walking away and reactivating W.

A Hook goes in the target's direction dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (+40% Attack Damage) Single target physical damage to enemy champions or neutral monsters. Reactivating W pulls the enemy 400 units towards you, and walking 400 units away and reactivating W will pull the enemy all the way towards you, and deal a bonus (50% Attack Damage) to them.

Pulling back an Ally will grant the Ally a 50/70/90/110/130 health shield, and remove all debuffs (Slows etc.)

Cooldown: 15/13.5/12/10.5/9 seconds

E - Bait/Current

Cost: 40/55/70/85/100 Mana Range (Snare): Diameter=125 Range (Charm): 300/400/500/600/700

Walton setts down an invisible click and drag snare, that charms the first enemy champion hit, and directs them to a certain location. Clicking will place the snare, and dragging will set where the snare will direct any enemy champions hit to. Allies that click on the snare get a movement speed boost heading in that direction. Activating the snare destroys it, as does using a sweeper (2 hits to kill). He can store up to three charges at once, and only three are allowed to be placed by him on the map at the same time, much like Heimer's turrets.

Landing on the snare deals 30/40/50/60/70 (40% AD) to the enemy champion hit and the charm lasts 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

Allies that click on the snare get a 10/20/30/40/50% movement speed boost, and destroy the snare.

Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds

R - Sleep with the Fishes

Cost: 130 Mana Range (First Activation): Self Range (Second Activation): 600

Walton sinks down into a puddle of water, and becomes invulnerable. On second activation, Walton dives to a targeted enemy champion, as a giant fish snaps upwards, knocking enemies up, stunning, and silencing them. Walton appears behind the enemy champion, and his next attack will apply his passive.

Walton becomes invulnerable for up to 3/4/5 seconds and gains a 20/25/30% movement speed increase. Upon second activation, Walton dives to a targeted enemy with his fish friend. The fish knocks up the enemy for 0.75/1/1.25 seconds, stuns the enemy for 1/1.5/2 seconds, silences for 0.75/1/1.25 seconds and deals 60/90/120 (80% Attack Damage) single target damage.

Joke: Throws his hook into a puddle that appears, and fish jump over it.

Taunt + Interactions: “Get off my lawn!" "Hook and Sinker." "Daily Special, one fish to the face" "Reel 'em in!" "Have you seen my fish?" "Look who washed upshore"- Enemy Gangplank "We're having Shark tonight" -Enemy Fizz "Nice fish, seen mine?" -Ally Fizz "So you're the one who orders in bulk!"- TahmKench "I can't believe you're not butter!" - TahmKench "Where did you hide my fish?" Please note, I am by no means an expert on champion creations. That being said, let's get this constructive criticism started.

Passive---

---I like it. much like mine, you can choose a play style. You can take Walton in lane or in the jungle by choosing either passive. At least that's what it feels like with his second passive. Maybe put fish in the river that gives health and mana, just so he has a little extra than movement speed.

Q - Fish Slap---

---While the idea of a champion hitting another with a fish is hilarious, this ability gives too much and for too long. Stun's are vicious in team fights, and to just get a 1.5 second stun followed by a 3 second slow, that's 4.5 seconds of your enemy hating their life. I like correlating things. Instead of a stun that's .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds, correlate it with your stacks. The more stacks the longer the stun, Ashe is similar with her ult, correlating with distance, and she can stun someone for 3.5 seconds. Then apply the slow (how much slow by the way?).

W - Reel Deal---

---Another interesting idea. My only opinion is, why not make it a mini game? When an opponent get's snagged, give them a change to break the line. Obviously you need to have some sort of advantage, but I feel like the enemy should have a chance to get out of the reel before getting pulled in. Much like actual fishing.

Ally version of it seems fair. I forget which game it was, but my friend mentioned a hero/champion like blitz that could not only grab enemies but allies as well.

E - Bait/Current---

---I had an idea of a Darkin Champion using traps, but you seem to have implemented them much better than me. Didn't think of applying an Ahri charm to a click and drag method. With that, I tip my hat to your creativity. This seems really good. Can he set more than one trap? If so, how many?

I'm not sure about the ally boost. Not that's it's not a good idea, it's just there's a lot of not so friendly players on league that might mess you up on purpose. Not to mention people accidentally clicking on it. Can't count how many times I activated Azir's passive on a misclick.

Maybe give him a benefit for himself somehow. To better benefit him if he's in the jungle. (Again, I'm only judging it like that because of his second passive.)

R - Sleep with the Fishes---

---This seems...a little much. It's a combination of Vlad's W, Fizz Ult and Talon's E. Not to mention all of that CC. There's overpowered, and then there's ridiculously insane. I can't really say much on it, because it just feels too crazy compared to all the other abilities you created. Which are really good, but this is just...wow. Maybe think of a new ult that fits well with this champion?

Overall

---With the second passive, it makes me believe Walton can be a jungler, but there's no sustain for him in any of his abilities. He has a lot of CC that can be balanced. The ultimate, and I'm not trying to sound mean, is just too crazy. Give it some more thought, I'm sure you can create something that works wonders for this champion and that hasn't been done before.

Good job on the concept. Keep at it.

Uh, interesting. Show some concept art, and I might think higher of it
