Skin Concepts for Jhin

I am one of many players who love playing Jhin, and would love to see more skins in the future. But I want I say in it!

So, I'll start the discussion:

Most Jhin skins are super cool and serious, but I would love a silly Jhin skin. I think Jhin as a happy-masked murderous clown would be hilarious to kill summoners with. He would have the make-up, the outfit, chattering teeth for his traps, a gun that has the "bang!" banner attached, maybe a squirting flower? I personally love the idea. And I prefer silly skins to serious skins anyways. Riot has my money if they make it!
