New character concept for Support/Mage

hidden passive Vaccinate/ Bless: allies at the start of the game are given a vaccine or blessing to counter the negative effects of his/her abilities
Passive: First aid pack, 3 charge system first two charges provide a burst of healing for the ally targetted with left click on a half second cooldown for passive and all abilities "debuff name exhaust power", the third charge will create a placement healing satchel much like Bard health pack for a duration to stay on the ground, the pack is placed at the exact point that you are standing and will be activated after 2 seconds. Upon activation of the third charge of passive satchel the passive is placed on a 12 second cooldown.
Q: poison cloud, creates a DoT on enemies inside the cloud and provides HP regen for allies
W: time warp field: generates a AoE that slows enemies and raises alies movespeed within a proximity for a duration
E: null magic field: generates a proximity AoE for a duration that silences enemies while inside and provides allies CDR for a flat number against their current cooldowns in place as well as newly activated abilities.
R: pulse: amplifies the effects of all abilities currently on the field and or will be activated for the next 4 seconds, Q damage and HP regen is raised. W slow becomes more potent and allies are given a shield that does not renew but will rapidly decay upon leaving the AoE. E creates a burst of damage against enemies and gives an aditional burst of CDR against all abilities currently on cooldown for allies. (the ultimate ability could also expand the current ablities already on the field)
This charecter idea can be modernized with the intention of a field medic or it can be in fantasy with minion generation similar to the old Yorick method with indipendent controls for the minions for each hotkey Q W E. A modern field medic would need to be close to ally for all abilities but the fantasy method could provide ranged support for the abilities including passive.
