WHAT ABOUT THE OLD VICTORIOS SKINS FOR THE NEW PLAYER'S

you know guys i started last 2 years league the first ssn they was giving victorios morganabut i was lvl 16 that time didnt had time to get 30 and get gold or higher . what i wanna say i got this ssn gold and i main morgana and i ave skin on her but the victorios is the best , i hope riot u could make something for good players on there mains that they already have victorios skinlike my morgana <3 , because i would really love to have it and i can emprove it roit if u give me just a chance ^^ thank you and have nice day <3.ps : my first time making a post like this ^^
