(Skin Idea) Human Viktor

I was scrolling past this board today and saw a comment about giving Chosen Yi and Forsaken Jayce the switcharoo for Chosen Jayce and Forsaken Yi, and I thought of the other Jayce Skins like Full metal Jayce. Now Full metal Jayce is the obvious refrence to Viktor and I thought why not have a Human Viktor before he made himself completely machinated? Would this be a Good Idea for a Sin? Would that be possible?
