[Champion Concept] Rito, the disgraced (wip)
(Might be changing some abilities. Will be adding more taunts and special interactions.)
[Character Bio]
"Born on the island of Discordia, Rito has always wanted to become a champion in the league. (A luxury Discordians are denied by their cousins in Ionia. Discordia doesn't even show up on maps because of past conflicts.) Striving to become the best, Rito trained all his life, but he found that he could not extend his limits. Spotting the weakness in the boy, the darkin warrior Aatrox, told Rito of a power that could make him the strongest. But this power could only be accessed by crossing into a dimension called the border. A hellish dimension in which the dead suffer for eternity. Rito, without hesitation, crossed over and saw nothing but hellish visions of tortures. For 7 days he endured, and for those same 7 days, he was corrupted into a monster. When Rito escaped the realm, he was not himself. He preceded to slay his entire village until there was not a soul remaining. Snapping out of his daze, Rito realized what he had done, and went into seclusion, wandering until he reached Demacia. There, he met a legendary blacksmith with interesting skills. Understanding the boy's plight, the blacksmith sealed Rito's monstrous side and urges into his blade. His dream truly realized and his path set, Rito fights in the league for himself. Bringing forth chaos to pave way to a better future."
inspirations: Dante from devil my cry. Appearance wise, close to Dante from DMC.
Friends: Akali - Think she's his long lost sister/reminds him of her Zed - Zed's idealiogy that balance is a lie is closest to the idealology of Rito's people. It's possible that Zed is of discordian heritage or a distant cousin to Rito.
Enemies: Aatrox - The person responsible for Rito's transformation, which caused him to kill everyone in his village. Jhin- Has no issues with his "art", but think's he's annoying. Ionian elders - Hates anyone at the head of Ionia. Feels anger his people were denied rights. Feels Karma tries to force Ideals on him.

Taunt (Takes out his sword and sticks it into the ground.) "It’s a cut throat world. Want experience?" "Death is an adventure. Don’t fear it, embrace it." "My sword hungers. Guess that means you’re next."

Jokes (Takes out a sheet of paper, signs it, and throws it away.) “Who’s your daddy? I’m your daddy.” “Rito please….You’re embarrassing yourself.” “Who should I make this out to? Maggot chow?” “I was thinking of ‘League of Rito’. Pretty catchy huh?”
[Champion abilities]
Passive: Bloodlust – Each basic attack from Rito draws blood from a unit, filling Rito’s sword meter with blood. Blood in this meter is used for Rito’s abilities. If Rito goes without basic attacking or using an ability, the bar depletes but he will be healed by the bar.
W: Twin Serpents – Rito switches out to his pistols, becoming a ranged champion and gaining an increased auto attack range but his gun's auto attacks chip his blood bar instead of filling it. Having his guns out also changes his changes or modifies his q and e abilities.
Q: There strikes– Rito strikes an enemy three with empowered auto attacks. The final strike deals a percentage of enemies’ current health. Twin Serpents – Crack shot: Rito fires three shots, the first two doing normal damage before the third deals a percentage of the enemies’ missing health.
E: Flash step – Rito leaps towards a location. Flash step can be canceled by three strikes, causing Rito to attack once in the direction he is moving. Twin Serpents -Let's rock: If Rito flash steps with Twin Serpents, he shoots the nearest champion twice.
R: Mark of the beast - Once his sword has been sated and the ability is activated, Mark of the beast consumes Rito’s entire blood bar. Rito then throws a sweeping slash at the enemy champion. Knocking them up if hit and dealing a small portion of damage before slamming them down and transforming into his monstrous form. Losing control of his actions for 3 seconds (Meaning, he will attack the closest champion and ignore his summoner’s commands. This also means that he will chase without second thought.) Before gaining a small control over the form. This form causes Rito to no longer draw blood from enemies or use abilities, but instead takes from his own health bar when he basic attacks but deals an increased amount of physical damage.
