Fundo Mundo

I have an Idea for a Dr. Mundo skin that could be worth anywhere between 520 RP to 3250 RP. Fundo Mundo would be the name. The idea would be Dr. Mundo as a toy store employee. His q would throw a Dr. Mundo doll and wear a helicopter-hat, w would be jaw breakers flying around him, e would turn the doll into a lego sword, and ult would make him have a sugar rush (because hes faster) meaning he would have cotton candy flying off of him, with pink and blue instead of green healing effects. For the splash art Mundo could be standing next to a Nautilus cut out while selling tibbers to Annie.
