Are the project skins coming to euw?

You can see that rito has been working on those skins. I was wondering, will they come to euw as well? i thinks so but i don't know cuz it says na.lol

NO THEY ARE ONLY FOR US GREEDY AMERICANS..............why would skins be only for one region? Riot can be hurtful, but not that hurtful.
