New Champion Revealed: Buddy, the sleeping idiot!
Champion: Buddy, the mental strength
Buddy is melee AD Offtank. He was trained by some monks in Ionia and learned how to use his inner power insted of weapons. Buddy is a great 1v1 champion that acts supportively in team fights.
Gameplay: Top - Playing Buddy here would be the lane I'd suggest the most. Speaking of suggestion, you should bring your "Q - Circle" to level two before you think of the other two skills. It's the best way to gain advantage when being ganked by either the enemy jungler or your own jungler. Trades on top lane would be more on stacking your passive up and then using your "Q - Circle" to prevent your enemy from hitting you any further. The damage you've taken will now increase the damage you will do with your own ultimate. For example, if a Yasuo ults you, you press "Q" as soon as you're back on the ground and then you cast "R - Inner Thunder". In most scenarios Yasuo won't get away, but the chance that he get's out of your ulti range is still there. Remember, after using both "Q" and "R" you have no Spirit stacks anymore. If the enemy survives your ultimate you can't slow him with your "E".
Support - Best way to play Support Buddy is to go for full tank. Bring your "Q" to level three to gain advantage for engages, disengages or when being ganked by the enemy jungler. The best thing afterwards is to get both "W" and "E" to level one and then max your "Q". This skill is the most important one when it comes to team fights or fights over dragon or baron.
Team Fight - In team fights you should place yourself inside the ranks of your enemy team to use your "Q - Circle" properly. Wait with using your "R - Inner Thunder" because it's possible that you have to use it later during the fight or need the stacks to slow a enemy with your "E - Throw Sphere".
Lore: Buddy was born as a demacian child but during his rebellish phase as a kid he got ordered to join the military academy to "learn more about life". So his parents said. Soon Buddy realized that he couldn't live like this, so one night he fleed out of the base and went on a ship where he tried to hide from the soldiers that looked for him.
After some time the ship set sail, without Buddy noticing what caused him to leave Demacia with a ship that sailed to Ionia.
The captian of the ship found him by himself but was at least a nice guy and didn't let him go aboard, or something like that, whatever.
Anyways! Buddy arrived in Ionia and stayed with some monks, one of them called Udyr. He told him his own story and that he would join the League of Legends to fight for his own desires.
Inspired by the words of his mentor Buddy started to train and became one with the peace inside of himself. After this time he himself wanted to follow Udyr and join the League too.
Unfortunately... he's pretty lazy.

Abilities:
P: Zen - With every hit he lands on a unit he gains one "Spirit Stack". Maximum is ten. The only two ways he could loose these stacks are when he gets killed or uses them for skills. Enemy champions can see how many stacks Buddy has because five are floating around him. If he gets more than five the spheres around him get brighter.
Q: Circle - Uses spirit stacks to stun one to five enemy champions and snaring himself. He himself is the only one who can still cast his abilities during circle. This skill uses one spirit stack for every champion that is stunned. If an enemy is in the air he or she can't be stunned by this ability. Darius is a good example during his Ult. Also Jax and Tristana during their jumps are prevented from this ability. If they're knocked up it's the same. Champions that fly during their normal movement like Kayle or Syndra are exceptions for this.

Go Attackspeed and high dmg, Auto attacks are your main dmg output
Defensive:
Talking about teamfights, you run in, drop your Circle, rape the button of randuins and won the teamfight, right?
This item makes him a bit more tanky and increases the dmg output of his ultimate drastically!
Easy matches:
These champions almost always triy to get their enemy to low health to pop out a good ultimate as a final strike. The lower Buddys health is the higher his damage gets. Interrupting the ultimate of these two champions is easy by just using "Q - Circle"
Counters:
Buddy is pretty easy to kite, since he has no gap closer.
My personal match-ups:
If a good bard plants a nice ultimate Buddy can just run in and stun alle the enemies
