[new champion] CDR Mage/Assassin who feeds on Revenge-Gender not decided(in progress)(comment POV)
**Passive: Due to tidlings with the void , it has a natural hate towards malazhar and velkoz, when vs them he gains 50+ range on all its melee attacks Passive: each death from him/ally gives him 2 + health regen/5+ movement speed caps at 5 deaths for ally, infinite for it Passive: each kill from an ally /him gives him 2 +mana regen/5+ Attack Damage caps at 5 kills from ally, infinite for it **

Q-Gourgans Gazer-Mana/10 hp scales on HP/Attack Damage
Initial Cast has Attack damage scaling, it rewinds for 1m, then traps all it gain in contact with, and around a 5m radius an white ooze is surrounded on the enemies.
(Epic-monsters, and dragons are not affected by this at all) enemies are slowed while remaining inside the Trap.
cast a delayed object that initially goes forward stopping on first champion hit, dealing 10 percent true damage to minions along the path, after encountering the first champion, it brings all objects within a 10m radius immediately to the object, including enemy champions,minions,monsters, and the caster. this creates an orbed barrier of electricity surrounding the outer perimeter nullifying stealth,cloak,or shadow, and enemies can not flash, but they can dash,teleport,or be summoned out of the ball by other means. Cage last 3 seconds,can be extended to max of 5 seconds depending on CDR reduction
Passive: the Caster gains a burning AP shield per champion and Magic resist shield per minion caught inside the cage and also gains magic/lethality pen per enemy champion and minion scaling 0.15 per minion, and 0.75 per champion and 1.0 per monster
Passive: Gains no armor,but gains more Magic Resist per kill, after 5 kills/assist all the armor he/she would have gained from levels becomes unlocked.
Enemies oozed gain special debilitations depending on factors

** E-Collection Time!-Active effect always** Passive: gains sight of enemy champions below 50 percent always. only it can see it, not the team
everytime enemy,every enemy champion, minion on this map will have a infection meter. this Assassin has a unique calling "card"(Jhin has music, so will he) it will be a green bar just right next to each enemy champion name(seen only by it of course) more times he damages/kills the meter fills up a small percentile
Champions that scale mostly on AD, AP, or Health have unique property debilitations/buffs for the caster
Example being used to make it less confusing would Be Garen, **Vinegar **, and Zed
Each Enemy Champion kill , or damage fills up its infection bar by a percent,kills fills it up faster will take about 8 kills to -fill it, or 30 minutes to completely fill it
note:** you must have damaged the enemy champion at least once in order to naturally fill the white ooze over-time**
naturally fills **white ooze **infections over time, the longer the game, the more infected enemy champions become(does not stack if more than 1 tank is on team) when bar has reached max, you gain a permanent buff towards that champion, and they gain a unique debilitation
Garen(Tanks in general) Buff: they do 5 percent less damage towards you (must be alone) Debilitation: take 5 percent more from you(must be alone)
Zed(Ad carries in general) Buff:Gain 10+ armor Debilitation: they have 10 percent slower attack speed when in combat with you(must be alone)
Veigar(AP carries in general) Buff: Gain 10+ Magic resist Debilitation: they have 10 percent less movement speed when in combat with you(must be alone)
