Champion Concept, Pardus, the Deprived
Basically I had this idea for a champion who's half man and half minor jungle cat (Leopard, Panther, Jaguar etc.) who had a special kind of kit, a so called damage-over-time-kit , including a "finishing-move", if it's necessary. Now, "Pardus" might be latin for Leopard, but it doesn't have to be a leopard, just thought the name was appropriate Now, when I say "half man and half minor jungle cat", I don't mean like a centaur, I mean like jungle-cat-head, paws and feet. The rest is all man.
Lore:
A cursed being, whose razor-sharp claws, can tear any prey apart, that roams in the Plague Jungles, only seeking revenge. By combining a (Insert a Jungle cat) and a man named Nathaniel, a witch sought to create the invincible henchman for Noxus, but wound up creating a manifested version of a human, with the agility, flexibility and frenzy of a jungle cat. Pardus' furious nature and lust for the freedom he felt robbed of, got him out of the witch's grip. Pardus has no nationality, only a vow to himself: To never let anyone control his actions, but a Summoner.
Appearance: Jungle-cat head and neck on top of a human body, paws attached to bare, bulky, human arms, and feet attached to strong, human legs. He doesn't wear anything on the torso, but has a pair of grey half torn pants on. He also has a tail.

Abilities:
Passive: Half man, half cat Whenever Pardus is not visible to the enemy team, he's running on all fours, granting him 10% additional movement speed and 5% additional armor. Whenever Pardus is visible to the enemy team, he's running like a man, granting him 5% additional attack damage.
When Pardus is visible to the enemy team, and then gets non-visible, he only starts to run on all fours after 2 seconds build up.
Q: Double Rip Pardus powers up his next two basic attacks for 5 seconds: First basic attack: The first basic attack will do no damage, but will cut down the struck enemy's armor by 6%/7%/8%/9%/10% for 3 seconds or until Pardus' next basic attack strikes the first struck enemy.
Second basic attack: The second basic attack will do 75% of Pardus' total attack damage, but will also cause the target to bleed for 45/75/105/135/175 (+ 0.35 of the total attack damage) physical damage over 4 seconds, and will cause Mortal Wounds.
Mortal Wounds: Reduces all healing received by 30%
Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 Mana cost: 55/60/65/70/75
W: Feral Leap Pardus leaps forward (Range: 450). When Pardus reaches the first enemy unit, he swipes in an arc (Range: 200). All enemy units struck will bleed for 50/60/70/80/90 (+ 0.20 of the total attack damage) magic damage over 3 seconds and get slowed by 10% for 2 seconds. (Minions/Monsters/Large Monsters) will take 75% increased damage). If Pardus strikes 2 targets or more he will gain 20% movement speed for 1.5 seconds and 8%/10%/12%/14%/16% life steal for 3 seconds.
If Pardus strikes a wall-terrain, he will become invulnerable for 0.50 seconds before he will jump off again in a chosen direction (Range: 150) Pardus can't jump over walls.
Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 Mana Cost: 40/45/50/55/60
E: Deepening Slashes When activated Pardus spins around dealing 20/25/30/35/40 (+ 1.00 of the total attack damage) physical damage. Afterwards Pardus' basic attacks has become empowered for 2 seconds, and refreshes any bleeding-effect, the target may suffer, by 2 seconds.
Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 Mana Cost: 40/45/50/55/60
R: Ultimate Feline Execution Pardus attempts to execute a targeted enemy champion, by jumping onto it and furiously bites it in the throat. This will deal 250/300/350 (+ 0.40 of the total attack damage) physical damage. For every damage-over-time-effect the target suffer, the damage will be increased by 10% If this ability successfully executes an enemy, it will reset the cooldown on Feral Leap and reduce the cooldown on Feline Execution by 20 seconds.
