Morgana passive for new VU

Dear Riot,

Morgana's passive should be something like this: the combined effect of dark binding and tormented soil (like Singed adhesive and flip) but instead of stun it prevents the champ from being resurrected as with GA or Zilean ult, made invulnerable, or put in stasis etc for the duration of the dark binding. Now, if the dark binding hits while the champ is on tormented soil, the duration is doubled. otherwise the duration is limited. There could be some sort of nice visual effect to let all players know that champ has no second chance for 2-3 seconds. It is strong for a passive, yet is hard to execute. Food for thought.
