Cassiopeia Rework Idea

With RiotRepetoir recently(ish) talking about potential changes to Cassiopeia for a rework, I thought I'd throw in my own ideas for Cassiopeia.
I personally think a core part of Cass' identity is her relation to the mythological Gorgon sisters (in particular Medusa) and the vain wife of Cepheus, Cassiopeia and her use of poisons to slowly chunk away the health of her enemies. As a result I thought of maybe playing on the idea of love and beauty in relation to her poisons. Below are my own ideas for what could be an interesting Cass rework. I haven't thought through numbers or mana costs because I'm not particularly good with those kinds of things.
Passive: Amorous Toxins - Champions poisoned by Cassiopeia are infatuated by her whenever within a certain distance of her, decreasing their magic resist by 10/15/25/40%
Q: Intoxicating Poison (11/10/9/8/7 seconds) - Cassiopeia channels for 1 second, slamming her tail into the ground and releasing a cloud of toxins into the air which travels in a line for 1.5 seconds. The cloud poisons all units and champions it passes through, dealing magic damage for 4 seconds. If any of the targets already have at least 4 stacks of ‘Serpent’s Charm’, they are rooted.
**The poison also applies a stack of ‘Lustful vengeance’ once every 2 seconds whilst the unit or champion is poisoned. **
W: Noxious Blast (5 seconds) - After a 0.3 second delay, Cassiopeia blasts a small area with poison. Enemy units in the area are poisoned for 3 seconds. This poison deals magic damage to the target and applies one stack of ‘Serpent’s Charm’ every second the target remains poisoned.
E: Twin Fang (10/9/8/7/6 seconds) - Cassiopeia fires a pair of fangs at the target, dealing magic damage and resetting the timer of all poisons already on the target.
R: Petrifying Gaze (120/110/100 seconds) - After a brief delay, Cassiopeia blasts enemies in a cone in the target direction, dealing magic damage and slowing them by 50% for 2 seconds. The slow potency increases by 5% for each stack of ‘Lustful Vengeance’ the enemies already have. Enemies facing her directly are instead stunned for 2 seconds. The stun duration increases by 0.25 seconds for each stack of ‘Lustful Vengeance’ enemies already have.
In the kit, I wanted to make the uses of her poisons more important (after all she is a poison mage), rather than just being a prerequisite to start spamming with Twin Fang. I think it also creates a more team fighting orientated Cass, as opposed to marksman-mage, who fires her poisons from the back, applying debuffs to her enemies and using 'Twin Fangs' to maintain those debuffs to cause more havoc within the opposing team, before going for the big ultimate. She now can spread her poisons around an enemy team to damage, root and stun her opponents which can completely disrupt them, or force them to split to avoid the Intoxicating Poison cloud.
That's about it for my ideas. Do let me know what you think; is it too strong/weak, does it improve/ruin her identity etc.
