Could Yorick get a Jason Voorhees-esque skin?

Complete with a machete , a mask , and an ultimate mom .. or atleast a mother like voice over.

Q with a different sound effect. Maybe his W is a pool of water. His E could be anything. and his R could look different in some way.

What is everyone's opinion on this though? He has 3 skins including his default, Surely they haven't forgotten Yorick Mori? :D
