Champion Name: Nora, the Queen of the Seas

Ill Will Passive: When you score a kill(assists not included), the next auto attack (Q and W included) will deal a percentage of the enemy's maximum health as true damage.

Crunch Q: Crushes the enemy between her gauntlets which deals physical damage and stuns minions and non-epic monsters, and Blinds and slows Champions)

Pillage/Captain's Orders W: Passive (Increases armour and ad by 20 and 10 respectively when champion or epic monster is killed(assists give half)) Toggle: Swaps cannon to punching, and swaps punching to cannon. (Cannon has full attack speed and full damage, Punching has 75% attack speed and 120% attack damage)

Powder Monkey E: Throws explosive canister in a line, if it comes into contact with a minion, monster(epic and non-epic) or champion, the canister sticks for 5 seconds dealing physical damage and explodes when Nora shoots the target that is tagged, dealing the original damage to the target again as magic damage, and deals AOE magic damage to all units in the area,(slightly larger than E bomb)

Greek Fire/Liquid Fire R: Creates an area (half as big as ult), which ignites all units inside the area, (does the same damage as a level 5 ignite over 2x as long, as physical damage).

Build: Sterak's Gage, Trinity Force, Bloodthrister, Ravenous Hydra, Randuin's Omen, and Mercury Treads/Ninja Tabi/Boots of Mobility
