Reasons for making this champ

  • I feel like there is too little shadow isle champions and i made this champion concept to add another shadow isle champ.

  • I love Kalista but she is a very nerf heavy champ because of her kiting and dragon secure. Kalista

  • I wanted to make a toxic champ that is not like Teemo Teemo or Twitch Twitch where they just suprise and burst. Cassiopeia Cassiopeia is more what i want but more kite than damage and burst at the end like Kalista. Kalista

  • To fit with the shadow isle theme I made him themed around hexes and spirits.


Lore

Odin was just a boy with his parents Lucas and Alexa on a ship heading to Bilgewater. During the night on a cloudy day the ship messed up it's navigation leading them close to some islands, the Shadow Isles. As the ship came closer people randomly started to faint. The undead were feeding the Black Mist of the Shadow Isles the life energy of the passengers. As more and more start to die Odin watched frozen in horror. He watched as the Isles loomed closer and wheezed out a call for his parents. As darkness fills his vision he starts to see the spectral spirits clawing at the bodies of everyone.

He wakes up after who knows how long. He feels nothing but coldness and he hates it. He looks at himself in a mix of amazement and hatred. His skin was turned an ivory pale compared to his previous sun kissed skin. He feels so skinny, feels so alone. He cries out for someone to come and, the spirits rushed over and cover him. Odin flinches away and they stop. He asks them what he should do, feeling dumb for even saying that as the silence grows longer. They shock him as they all hiss at once, hissing out "life.......find life.....energy." He then follows them to the shore as he finds the boat, full of death and decay. With nothing to do he just follows them on the boat. An eternal journey to feed the black mist. They leaded him to the League of Legends. His goal is to take the life force of the strongest people of Runeterra and give life to everything with the Black Mist.


Abilities

Passive Sully

Abilities lower enemies magic resist over 5 seconds by 5, 10, 15, and 20 at levels 1, 6, 11, and 16 decreasing by 1, 2, 3, and 4 every second for 5 seconds. Refreshes duration every time an ability hits.

Abilities also slow enemies for one second by 3% at level 1 up to 20% at level 18 increasing by one percent every level.


Q Killing Hex

Sends a spirit full of blood lust that explodes in a burst of killing intent. (Like Karma's Q Inner Flame Karma )

Cooldown 5 seconds all ranks. Range of 900 units 50 units shorter than Karma's Q

Costs 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 mana.

Deals 100, 125, 150, 175, and 200 + 0.5 AP magic damage


W Haunting Hex

Sends 6 Haunting spirits to haunt the ground in an arc for 2 seconds grabbing and rooting anyone who tries to cross then steals their vitality in an explosion. (Like Cassiopeia's W Miasma Cassiopeia and jinx's E Flame Chompers Jinx )

Cooldown 10 seconds all ranks. Range of 300 to 800 units. Can go as far as Miasma

Cost 100 mana all ranks.

Roots for 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, and 2 seconds. Explosions deal 100, 115, 130, 145, and 160 + 0.2 AP true damage per spirit. Passive - Heal by the amount of true damage done to enemy champions.


E Expunge

Bring all spirits back to you with your life force. (Like Kalista's E Rend Kalista and Twitch's E Contaminate Twitch but single target )

Cooldown 10, 10, 9, 9, and 8 seconds. Range of 1100 units.

Cost 2, 2, 4, 4, 6% of maximum hp and 50, 50, 75, 75, 100 mana.

Deal 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 + 0.5 AP true damage on the first spirit and 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 + 0.1 AP magic damage for every other spirit. Passive - Q and W now inject 5 spirits Passive - Spirits can only last in a body for 5, 5, 10, 10, and 15 seconds. Passive - More than 20 spirits leaving at once will rupture the soul dealing 200 + 0.9 AP magic damage and apply grievous wounds over 4 seconds.


R Spirit Force

Uses the life force to forcibly inject spirits into a body and steal the enemies vitality. ( Oposite of Swain ult Ravenous Flock but single target Swain )

Cooldown 10, 8, and 6 seconds. Range of 950 units.

Cost 1, 2, and 3% of max hp

Injects 1, 2, and 3 ghosts while steals 20, 40, and 60 + 0.4 AP health every second. Passive - Spirit Forced enemies damage is reduced by 5, 10, 15%. Passive - You lose 3.3, 6.7, 10 armor and magic resist when using this ability.


Tips when playing him

  • I would get the Keystone **Stormraider **so when you do a good expunge you have move speed to get away.

  • I would level expunge to level two first because the cost would be the same and it would do more damage.

  • I would max level up expunge if ahead but if not i would max level killing hex.

  • Haunting hex is a good disengage tool if placed in between you and the enemy.

  • Haunting hex is a good engage tool if placed behind an enemy.

  • ** Haunting hex** can be casted on top of terrain to stop Talons Talon or Tristanas Tristana .

  • You can damage enemies with_** killing hex**_ by casting it on a minion by hitting them with in the explosion radius.

  • _Spirit force _is a sure fire way to get the bonus damage on expunge but, it leaves you vulnerable in fights with more than one person.

  • You have good kiting ability and stickyness late game from your passive sully.

  • His ultimate spirit force is makes him lose less hp if he is going fall AP but makes him lose more if he has a lot of hp.

  • If you do not press spirit force on top of a champion it would go to the one closest to your cursor.

  • Your abilities do more if you keep landing abilities over a long duration of time.

  • Expunge only heals after you get haunting hex.
