to start with i was bored last night unable to sleep and i thought up a champion kit that might be kind of cool. im not really knowledgeable about the Lore or super in depth about mechanics/numbers in the game so numbers are just a rough idea.

Champion Concept: The sadistic prison Warden who inflicts physical pain and torment to his charge, using enchanted chains to weaken their bodies by slowly draining their energy and erode their minds through torture.

Champion Role: I see him as a AP bruiser Jungler or top

Champion Kit

Passive: Shackle Enemies hit by Centurion's basic attacks and abilities are chained, and will remain chained until they are no longer within 600 units of Centurion Centurion gains 1 hp/5 per unit, 5 hp/5 per champion and large/epic monster while they are chained.

Q: Chain of Torment CD 8 seconds Centurion throws out a chain with a range of 600 that stops at the first unit hit, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 + .4ap magic damage to the target. If this attack hits it also deals its damage to all other currently chained targets over 2 seconds while they remain chained to Centurion

**W: Chain of Despair ** CD 16/15/14/13/12 Seconds Passive: Enemies chained to Centurion move 10/15/20/25/30 slower when moving away from centurion Active: Centurion gains a shield equal to 6/7/8/9/10% of his maximum health + 10/20/30/40/50 per champion and large/epic monster chained for 2 seconds.

**E: Chain Gang ** CD 9/8/7/6/5 Seconds After a .5 second channel, centurion's chains strike out in a 500 radius around him hitting all enemies for 40/60/80/100/120 + .4ap magic damage

R: Energy Siphon CD 120/100/80 Deal 300/450/600 +1.2ap magic damage over 3 seconds to all targets while they remain chained to centurion, and heals him for 25% of the damage inflicted

My art supplies are in storage as i recently moved (and im terrible at pc drawing) so ill just settle for a very rough description of parts of the champion.

I envision him having the chains wrapped around his body to act as armor and ending with several chains hanging well past his arms. the chains themselves being enchanted and ending with a barbed spike (to make it more difficult to remove when impaled in, e.g his passive, Q, E)

So what does everyone think? am i on to something interesting?
