how can i get the league of legends creation team to look at some of my ideas.

Posts your creations and ideas for champs on the boards in the Concepts and creations section.
Riot does not accept (or seek out) champion designs from the public. If you're just seeking feedback, the best way is to post here and hope that someone pops by -- this happens VERY rarely, so don't count on it.
If you're seeking input for another reason, the only real path is to submit an application to Riot Games and hope it gets enough attention that someone reads your sample designs.
