[Feature Request] Club chat moderation.

Dear Riot,

An appreciated feature would be the ability to moderate the club chat.

For example, I have a club member post a scam link he was tricked by, I cannot delete the message so the scam link is available for all my club members to see and potentially click. Features such as message removal would be helpful.
