100% sure that it won't happen this year. He is too new and they have to make more models for him than for the average champion, since his appearance is changing with the assassin and demon forms.

Maybe you are lucky next year. But I take any bet that it won't happen this christmas.

It won't be. Skins generally take 6 months+ of work. Plus, he's two champs in one so.. Only 750s take less and I really don't see a Candy themed skins being a 750.
