A new Ap armor item idea

Ap users currently have a very small pool of armor items available consisting of and the even more elusive . I'm curious how an item combining from and would be received. Final stats for the item are beyond what i feel comfortable guesstimating, but the passive burn would be unique from Liandrys. Notably that instead of %current Hp burn it would be a %current mana/resource burn. Also to prevent the obvious abuse of the flat pen on both the pen items; unique passives would be affixed to them.
