Even though Ekko hasn't even been released yet... I feel this skin would fit him well.
He could look like one of the doctors (Probably Tennant since his Hair is somewhat similar) and Instead of his sword, he could have a huge sonic screwdriver.
I'm not sure if this would even be possible due to copyright issues, But, its just a thought.

Riot usually tries to make the first skin released with a champ these days "cool", and keep the gimmicky or referential ones for future skins. Skins everyone can admire are good to build initial hype while skins that only appeal to a certain (even if broad) audience wouldn't have the same effect.
