Wilhm, Forsaker of the Gods

Abilities Insight (Passive): Every spell cast by Wilhm will increase Armor and Resistance by 5 to himself and all surrounding Champions. Stacks up to four times and lasts 5 seconds refreshing with each spell cast.
Unholy Smite (Q): Slams enemy Champion with a Corrupted Hammer from the sky which deals 60/100/140/180/220 (+40% of AP) magic damage and slowing the enemy 20%/30%/40%/50%/60% for 1.5 seconds. 6 second Cooldown at all rank. Range: 800, Single Target.
Visual Effects: Wilhm opens his Tome, raises his blood stained Axe and a corrupted holy hammer falls from the heavens leaving a trail of blood red light behind it as it falls.
Twisted Purity (W): Heals a friendly Champion for 100/160/220/280/340 (+40% of AP) and grants them 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% resistances bonus for 4 seconds. 16/15/14/13/12s Cooldown Range 650, Single Target
Visual Effects: Wilhm raises his Tome and it flashes an initial bright light indicating the heal, followed by a twisting red and yellow effect that surrounds the target for the duration of the resistance bonus.
Blinding Light (E): An intense flash of light explodes out of the Champion blinding all nearby enemy Champions for 1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds and deals 40/80/120/160/200 (+60% AP) magic damage. If Unholy Smite slow is applied it stuns the target for 1.5/1.7/1.8/1.9/2.0 Seconds. 20/18/16/14/12s Cooldown Range 350, Area of Effect
Visual Effects: An intense flash of light explodes out of the Champion, blinded targets have a red light effect around their face. If one is effected by the Stun they burst out red light as the Stun hits.
Wrath of the Gods (R): A storm of corrupted holy power surrounds the Champion causing 10%/15%/20% of enemy resistances to be ignored by allied damage for 6 seconds. Heals all nearby allied Champions for 400/500/600 (+40% AP) health over the duration. 120/100/80s Cooldown. (cooldown begins after duration of the ultimate) (Healing tick once per second and the enemy resistances only ignored by allied champions in range of his ultimate.) Range 500, Area of Effect
Visual Effects: Wilhm strikes his tome with his axe causing it to explode into a storm of red and yellow clouds, the clouds rain blood on the area of effect. A light effect is also added which revolves ferociously around the Champion.
Skins Classic: Wilhm is an older man, large in stature. He has long dark gray hair with a medium length dark gray beard. His armor is a rusted gold and white chest plate and leggings. He wears no helmet. Wilhm has a dark dulled blue tattered cloak with many bloodstains. His face is old and wrinkled. The tome is very large and is dark leather, there are ancient inscriptions on it that are glowing with holy magic. His axe is a short one handed double sided axe, it is rusted from blood and the glow from the holy inscriptions are fading.
Purified: Same as Classic Skin just he is younger; hair is black, his armor, cape and axe are in perfect condition and he glows with holy radiance. Abilities no longer have red effects only golden light.
Lore Wilhm is an ex Champion and Scholar of Demacia. His lust for power corrupted his holy ways and forced him to learn how to abuse the power of the gods. The General of Demacia (Garens Father) commanded him to stop his research and thus Wilhm was forced into learning in secret. After many years the still teen Garen found him practicing corrupt Holy Magic and told his father. Wilhm was then banished from Demacia for defying direct orders and practicing potentially dangerous magic. Wilhm roamed all over Valoran from Freljord all the way down to Plague Jungles even returned from the dreaded Shadow Isles to study magic from all cultures to make himself more destructive. Now that he has finished his research and his heart has grown old and bitter, he yearns to get revenge on Demacia for banishing him for his studies. Wilhm heard of the Summoners Rift and decided that would be the ultimate testing ground for his new magic but once arriving at the Rift he found out Garen is a contender as well. Wilhm has sworn to exterminate Garen and any other Demacian there. (Special interactions with Garen, and others for any Demcian or allies of Demacia. Other special interactions with magic users etc)
Mana costs still under construction, I feel like we need more supports that can buff their allies. Give me any thoughts on Stat changes etc. Thanks! I think synergy between W and passive works well, 30% extra bonuses makes a 4 stacked passive give 26 instead of 20 and the synergy between Q and E is good. the E range is barely more than melee range, it's 150 range shorter than Rengar W for reference.
