Project Lucian Chromas

Hello, first of all i want to say i am not the creator of the video i've linked.

However the colour combinations as well as the whole execution and show of what could be done with Project Lucian colours is quiet stunning honestly, I'd buy the whole pack just cause they are so beautiful. Lucian has the chromas for his default skins but i feel like this would just be really cool, and i mean Teemo for example has 2 chroma packs as well for his Squad skin and the Cottontail. Also Draven Primetime's Chromas just got released as well, and that skin isn't new either so i think this could be a possibility.

P.S. While I'm at it i might as well point out that Project Lucian's Crit effect is really almost non-existent compare to his default, and this is well known and a lot of people don't like this skin specifically cause of this so if this could be changed you would make me and many other people really happy with that little change :)
