Why has this Jax skin not yet been created?

'Jax Jax' ..... PLEASE create this skin. I have a feeling the jax pieces were involved with the creation of Jax, so whats a good reason for there not to be a skin called 'Jax Jax', his mask and various artwork is designed or at least looks similar to that of a jax piece/configuration. I'm not an artist but my main idea revolving around the skin is Jax's weapon (being that it has a wide range of what it is exactly). Anyone reading this probably already guessed what his weapon should be.... A JAX. The top of his post would be nothing more than a simple jax piece to go along with his already jaxesque mask/face. I'm sure the designers would be able to contribute much more to this idea. It's not like I ever even played this jax game when I was a kid or anything, I don't even really know what it is but 95% of people would definitely catch on the idea. I can guarantee riot this skin would sell great. I don't know where else to make a skin suggestion if you even tangibly can so I just decided to make a discussion about it.. P.S I would buy this skin for me and all my friends ;)
