I have been playing a bit of ivern lately and I think he needs a buff. I feel like I'm usually underleveled and I mean I'm not a really good player but I think that the passive from ivern has to be buffed. The passive is friend of the forest and it's ivern freeing the jungle monsters from the jungle and I think that the process should happen faster or that the monsters should come back earlier for ivern. I completely disagree. Ivern is incredibly balanced when it comes to his passive; hell almost every game I am able to get the entire enemy top side jungle. I assume you dont invade much with him? That where his strength comes from, counter jungling. He can go to an enemy buff, q over the wall mark and inta-smite. Not to mention the very very high levels of CC ivern has in general, furthermore, the jungle monsters coming back quicker for ivern would be GAMEBREAKING; not only does ivern have the most consistent clear in the game (no matter what he can ALWAYS clear a camp in the same amount of time) he can share buffs and counterjungle very easily. He's probably in the best state he's ever been in also not gonna say you shouldn't but he's a high ELO jungle pick purely bc of the surprising skill curve he has. Ivern has the best if not most consistent ganking and clears in the game which makes him extremely strong, his counter jungle would be considered over powered in most cases, passive on the camp and smite it and after lv 11 or 12 is becomes a 4 second befriending ritual.
Quick guide on ganking with Ivern. Set up bushes before walking into lane especially if u are ganking mid, walk into the lane when you engage or your laners do, press "e" on yourself to negate incoming damage then if you manage to burn enemy summoners or dash related or even cc abilities then you use your "Q". YOu don't need to gank like this every time but its more then likely to work if u do it. Remember your Q is a gap closer between targets and helps your team get in range for autos, once missed or miss used, you basically have to leave.
Ivern Duelling, do not underestimate Ivern in regards to 1v1's, he is surprisingly good at fighting but don't take this for granted :)
Ivern is often used in higher elo where it actually has a effect when you buff the adc instead of the 0/20 adc with 15 farm that it always toxic because he lost his lane.
