Okay, this is my first post on the boards.

I am a very casual League player I suppose, but I'm here for very specific reasons. Riot has made beautiful skins lately and you probably know what I'm wanna propose if you've read the title.

V for Vendetta themed Jhin. I don't have any material to show off, or inspire anybody, but I might edit this post with some very rough concept art to get the ball rolling.
