Champion Concept: Arashi, the stromsoul
Hi guys! I've been looking for some old cancelled champions from which i could take inspiration of, then I ran in to Well Soterios, the hydrosoul, I looked a bit into his planned kit and found some cool things. So here's my idea:

Looks: Arashi is a semi-tall male, who wears a kimono, it's colors change based around which spirit takeover he's using, but it's red when he isn't using any. His hair is dark brown, it's cut from the other side but is long and goes over his other eye. He wears an amulet that has 3 tomoe, one is colored white, the other is light blue and the last one is dark cyan. He also wields a nodachi sword.

Abilities:
Spirit amulet-R: Active: Arashi's Q,W and E are replaced with Fujin, Raijin and Suijin, then when he casts one his spirit takeover changes. Cooldown: 10/8/6/5 seconds (one point at level 1) (wont go on cooldown if he chooses the same stance he is already in) Kimono colors: Fujin: White Raijin: Light blue Suijin: Dark cyan
Spirit load-Passive: After using every ability in each takeover form Arashi gains a 4th choice to his ultimate which summons a stormsoul elemental which has the special effect of all the other elementals.
Stormblade-Passive: Arashi's basic attacks swap 25% of his ad to 33% of his AP

Fujin Abilities:
Twisting winds-Q: **Toggle:**Arashi makes the wall of wind around himself, enemies who walk over it take damage per second. Allies who walk over it gain bonus movement speed. Cooldown after use: 16/15/13/12.5/12 Damage per sec: 20/25/40/50/70 (+ 45% AP) Cost: 15/20/25/30/35 mana per sec Max duration: 15 seconds
Windblade-W: Active: Arashi's next 3 basic attacks have a really long-range cleave, and don't scale at all from ad, but have an 85% AP scaling. Damage: 20/40/50/70/90 Cooldown: 16/14/13/12/10 Duration: 6 seconds Cost: 30/40/50/55/60 mana
Wind elemental-E: Active: Arashi summons a wind elemental to help him, the elemental can be controlled by recasting the ability or holding alt and clicking. Also, every 2 seconds the elemental sends a pulse of cleansing wind. The pulses proc all projectiles, knockback the enemies they hit and speed up the allies they hit. Base attack stat: 20 (+10/20/30/50/55% AP) Duration: 4/6/8/10/12 seconds Cost: 90 mana

Raijin abilities:
Multishock-Q: Active: Arashi shoots off a lightning bolt to a target enemy unit, from that it bounces to all other units nearby and decreasing it's damage every time. After that this ability can be recast to start the chain the other way around. Damage: 80/90/110/120/140 (+ 65% AP) (-10% per jump) Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 secs Cost: 100 (2nd cast is free)
Thunderblade-W: Active: Arashi's basic attacks turn into dashes for the duration Cooldown: 23/20/19/17/15 secs Duration: 3/4/5/6/7 Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 mana
Lightning elemental-E: Active: Arashi summons a thunder elemental. The elemental has dash-like basic attacks, everytime it dashes to something it automatically zaps it for 33% of Arashi's AP Otherwise the same as the other elementals

Suijin abilities:
Whirpool-Q: Active: Arashi creates a whirpool, enemies inside are being pulled to the center and they mobility abilities are disabled, they can still move inside it to not be pulled to the center. Cooldown: 20 on all levels Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Duration: 5/5.5/6/6.5/7 secs
Waterblade-W: Active: Arashi's amplifies his sword with the power of water and slices forward dealing dmg to everyone it hits. Damage: 50/70/80/90/110 (+75% AP) Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Cost: 40/50/60/70/70 mana
Water elemental: Active: Arashi summons a water elemental. The elemental has a rain aura which slows and deal damage per sec to all enemies. Damage per sec: 10/25/30/45/50 Slow: 10/10/20/20/30% Otherwise the same stats as the other elementals

Notes: please note that all toggle/abilities with duration are stopped when he changes the form. Also if you are wondering what the elementals look like they are ghostly spirits formed of their element, and below their "belt" is a vortex of that element.
