Rengar or Kha' zix
I was thinking buying either one but which is more viable in the meta right now for jungle?

Really neither would be, but Kha'zix is farther out of the meta than rengar is at this current time. That of course isn't to say Kha'zix can't carry a game if he gets a lead--still a good champion and all, but as far as what people consider whats in and out of the meta, kha'zix is not in it. But with the sated Devourer making such a big statement for all junglers, he could see a comeback or at least an acknowledgement of viability.
I would go with rengar because hes more meta than kha right now is considered to be, and the threat of of a fed rengar being able to one shot squishies is always good. He's tankier, better for setting up and executing picks. Kha'zix is just a better janitor.
By all means anyone feel free to correct me on this, but thats just how i see it.
i think kha has more potential and is way more fun
kha has crazy range on his evolved jump he is really fun to play ! he is really fun to play! ( dubble cause he really is fun to play :P )
a while ago i had the same problem picking between these 2 i picked kha do im not really that good with him hes so fun that i honestly havent ever regretted it
i also really like the options on him like where you could choose what to evolve first misles,jumps, more dmg , invisibilities
