What is your opinion on Ammumu is he good to play as or bad to play as

He's a fun champ with great engage and sticking power.
Amumu has been overpowered for 6 years consecutively now, dominating solo Q and present in the top 10 up to high Platinum, low Diamond.
He's bit too simple and too R reliant for the taste of the more competitive players.
