Streak the Demacian Messenger

Hi Guys this is my very first Champion Concept at the moment I'm working on how he looks and names for his skills. If you have any names for his skills feel free to say in the comments and please give any feedback. Thanks! By the Way the lore is going to be at the bottom after all the skills and stuff if you want lore first go to bottom. AND I'M VERY SORRY I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE RANGES ON SKILLS QQ

Main lane- Mid lane Primary Role- Assassin Secondary Role- Fighter Health- 550 (+82 per level) Health regen- 8.3 (+0.8 per level) Attack damage- 60.3 (+2.3 per level) Attack speed- 0.66 (+2% each level) Movement speed- 275 Armor- 25 (+2.7 per level) Magic Resist- 30 (+0 per level) Resource- HP

Weapon- Buster sword (just a giant weapon doesn't look like clouds kinda looks like redeemed Riven's sword when she ults but different color scheme and not broken)

Abilities

Passive: Express Delivery - As streak continues to move his speed increases to a maximum of 600 movement speed. Because of this his base movement speed is 275 (maximum move speed increases by 40 every time his ultimate is leveled up). At max speed his next auto attack deals 100% extra damage (100% of his Attack damage, and his auto attack range increases to about the attack range of Rengar's leap at 6 trophies) At max speed all his abilities besides his ult gain a special effect. (Auto attack damage increases at levels 6/11/16 by 25% each time for a max of 175% at levels 16)

Q: Painful Message - (cost 8% of HP) Streak performs an over head slash damaging all enemies in front of him (range is about the range of J4s Q). Damage: 100/140/180/220/260 + (.75 AD scaling) At maximum speed Streak jumps into the air smashing his sword down dealing the same amount of damage as well as creating a fissure for 2.5 seconds in a straight line that slows all enemies within the fissure for 35/38/41/44/47%. CD- 6/5/4/3/2

W: Big Announcement - (cost 16% of HP) Streak performs a horizontal slash that damages all enemies in a cone in front of him. (range is about 3 minions horizontally and 3 minions outward) Damage: 50/125/200/275/350 + (1.0 AD scaling) At maximum speed Streak dashes through the enemy and positions himself behind the enemy champion or minion dealing the same amount of damage but attacking in a full 360 degree spin. CD- 18/17/16/15/14

E: Detour - (cost 3% of HP) Streak bashes his sword against the enemy (auto attack reset) causing the enemy to deal reduced damage. Damage dealt : The damage of a normal auto attack + 12/16/20/25/30% of AD. Damage reduced: 10/12/14/17/20% for 1.5 seconds. At maximum speed Streak rushes to the enemy champion and bats them away (pushes the enemy champion about the distance of an Alistar headbutt) dealing the same amount of damage and reducing the enemy champion's damage as well. CD- 9/8/7/6/5

R: Running Late - (no cost) Streak gains maximum movement speed and cannot lose his movement speed for 8 seconds but he can be CC'd and slowed and in those 8 seconds he can use all the special effects of his abilities for the same costs and he'll still have maximum speed. If he kills an enemy champion within those 8 seconds Running Late then becomes the ability Reckless Speed and can be recast for 8 seconds before the ability becomes Running Late again. CD- 120/100/85

R2: Reckless Speed - (cost 20% of HP) Streak gains maximum speed for another 8 seconds but he is unable to use any abilities and only auto attack. His auto will deal 100/200/300 + 20% of enemies missing HP as damage. If he kills someone during Reckless Speed he can then recast Reckless Speed for the same cost and will deal the same damage.

Lore Just another day where I have to deliver all these messages and packages. Oddly enough the Demacian generals gave me this huge sword to deliver and it's wicked heavy as well. this is going to make me lose speed for sure. Weirdest part about this is that this sword is high priority. I wonder why... I mean I've delivered plenty of weapons before but this is the first time a weapon is actually high priority over a message. Oh well time to start running.

Man this Sword is really holding me back. Worst part about this is that I'm on enemy lines just to get to another Demacian base. -Leaves rustle- What was that? Crap i need to move faster. -Arrows are shot at Streak's feet- How many enemies... 3... no 4.... great it's 10 just what I needed. Guess i have no other choice it's either fight or die here. Guess I'll take this weapon on a test run...

Where is my new weapon? Usually Streak never takes this long I wonder what happened. He did have to go through enemy territory to get to this base.... Maybe he was ambushed.

So I went to search for Streak and to my surprised he was ambushed but what shocked me the most is that he was lying on the ground with the sword next to him. Don't tell me he used that weapon? His physique can't possible swing that around, What was he thinking?! Ugh

"Ugh, where am I?"

"You're at the base where you were supposed to deliver that sword. But you used it instead and nearly died because of the strain that sword had on your body."

"Hey it was either fight or die 10 enemies was more than enough to make me use it. I'd rather almost die than actually die. But hey now you have your weapon so I'll be on my way."

"Hey Streak hold it for a second. Not many people can actually use that sword, no it's not some special sword it's just that the sword itself is way to heavy and big for anyone to use. So tell me how did you use it."

"Well in all honesty I just kept on running and used my velocity to swing that thing around. But it seriously took way too much energy to swing it around."

"I see, well you should keep it will probably help you a lot more on future deliveries."

"Haha you're funny that thing slowed me down so much!"

"If it weren't for that weapon you'd probably be dead."

"Well... whatever sure I'll take it. Well thanks guess I'm going to have to get used to this."

"You sure will..."

Post Notes Well thank you for spending time reading all of this. Not going to lie It was kind of a joke when I made him or his passive that led to him. Me and my skype Friends usually just make joke champs Streak was a fun champ to work on with my friend VaultRat. I didn't make this champ by myself I would constantly ask Rat to help out with some of the damages and scaling. ALRIGHT HERE ARE SOME TIPS ON STREAK AND CERTAIN THINGS I FORGOT TO MENTION. So his passive yeah there's a lot more to it than the actual speed part. So the time it takes to get to maximum speed is about 15 seconds at level 1 and decreases by .5 seconds each level at level 18 it should only take about 6 seconds to reach max speed. Also his movement is different when he's at max speed. He isn't able to make super sharp turns. Think of Sion ult but like tighter turns where he can maneuver through the jungle but can't make super sharp turns. Also is he is to stop during max speed he will lose all of it in about 3 seconds so never stop moving. Alright so here are a couple of tips. In laning phase rush a vampiric scepter since Streak has no natural form of sustain like most HP champs. NEVER BUILD HOMEGUARDS! Homeguards will not immediately boost him to max speed he'll have the homeguard boost but then his speed will increase normally so basically homeguards don't do anything. Also the only other way to increase his max speed is to Buy boots or something like youmuu's or a Phantom Dancer but remember damage and sustain is super important. Also during the beginning of the game when his Att Spd is below 1.00 he will use his fist as an auto but once it passes 1.00 he will swing his sword. Just a little cool thing with different animations. Also be careful when you use W it can either mean you lose the duel or you win, it's all about timing.
