RP Art? Star Guardian Lux Emojis

I was wondering if Riot Still have out a little RP for Fan art. I really want arcade Ahri, but I only have 1306 RP. I was wondering if I could get the extra 44 RP so I could buy the skin. I really liked making these emojis since Lux is one of my favorite champions! Ignore the "guardian" being spelled wrong xD. If I can't get the RP, I still wanna share my emojis! Thanks in advance!
