New Replacement Ultimate Skin for Ezreal
I know Ezreal already has a Ultimate Skin, But I feel like it doesn't fit what a Ultimate skin is suppose to be:
In my head I feel like a Ultimate skin is suppose to be a skin that's only for that champion; So Pulsefire Ezreal (Ezreal's current Ultimate Skin) Breaks that feeling since we Have Pulsefire 
And I find it sad that the other Pulsefire skins are better than Pulsefire Ezreal.
I also Feel like the Ultimate Skin needs to enhance a aspect of the champion; like Sona and her music, Miss Fortune and her guns, Udyr and his spirits, Lux and her elemental magic; Pulsefire Ezreal doesn't have anything that enhances a aspect of him (at Least I can't tell)
Which brings me to my Idea of new replacement Ultimate Skin for Ezreal;
Arcane Thief Ezreal
The Idea is that it enhance a aspect of him being a thief, you know raiding tombs and ect... Description • Hair: crew cut Ravello blonde with celeste blue tin. • Eyes: Heterochromia that change every time being hit with a spell. • Base Clothes: Short black cloak, dark blue tank top, black ankle length cargo pants, blue ankle high boots, blue goggles on head. • Dragon Changing Clothes: (Cloud Drake: Grey goggles on face, long light blue cloak, light grey tank top, white shorts, light blue sandals) (Infernal Drake: Gold goggles on face, short red cloak, dark grey tank top, Red shorts, black ankle high boots) (Mountain Drake: Light brown goggles on face, long dark brown cloak, black tank top, Brown cargo pants, black ankle high boots) (Ocean Drake: blue goggles on face, deep blue tank top, dark purple shorts, Barefoot) • Skin: Changing colour runes on both arms. • Gauntlet: Black, short, slim, leather, metal rune. • Abilities: Changes colours depending on what buffs Ezreal has on when casting
