new idea

i have heard from many of people that they wish rusty blitz crank back and they would pay for that skin so my suggestion is bring it back as either legendary or ultimate if ultimate skin then u can through in a icon and the boarder and make blitz look like he is gradualy rusting as he gets to certain levels think about it and i would appreciate ur thoughts on it [zombie-nunu-tears]
