Tamamitsune

Tamamitsune, which is basically a bubble fox wyvern, would be an awesome Idea for a support champion along the lines of a mobility kill lane, with short duration shields like Janna, and either some sort of poke or CC. I'm talking with the artist for this humanoid version of Capcom's Leviathan, and hoping Riot might be able to give this champion suggestion a glance since they seem to be saluting Capcom with the new Beast Hunter skins released on the 28th of this month. ill submit some more abilities, and a core baseline for lore below (well aware all final decisions for ability timers, and lore snippets are at the discretion of Riot) as I sort out the intricacies, hopefully without laying on too much fluff as I work them out over the course of the next day or so. Please bump, or leave a suggestion below if you would enjoy seeing this as a new support champ. Thanks!

Passive: Tama playfully blows bubbles every 15 seconds as she moves spawning within a small range around her that based upon contact with enemy or ally champions, either grants a movement speed buff, heals, shields, does magic damage, slows or applies a damage over time effect called Coated. Bubble effects based upon the amount of bubbles merged before contact ( maxes at three bubble merges) bubbles can be destroyed by projectiles, any unit can burst bubbles upon contact, furthermore projectiles incoming and outgoing can also destroy bubbles, but cannot be targeted directly. Tier one bubbles to the opposing team do not do significant damage regardless of scaling (you want to merge!) (additional affects are not generated upon interaction with minions or monsters) her passive scales with movement speed, decreasing her passive bubble generation in increments.

Q: Pristine Cast. Spawns a tier one bubble with a range of 875 that deals magic damage, or applies a movement speed increase to ally champions.

W: Vorpal Cast. Tama casts a line aoe bubble that is a projectile that bursts upon impact (minions monsters included) that deals magic damage, or if impact upon another bubble merges with said bubble increasing potency by 20, and pushing it forward. double tapping W causes her to enter her bubble quickly to dash forward, or back (the goal is to collide with other bubbles to create higher rank bubbles for more potency or to create a heal or shield tier bubble) (think billiards)

E: Lucid Cast. Tama blows pressurized air that causes magic damage, and also serves to split bubbles if needed.

Ult: Gleeful Repose. Tama erects a giant bubble with the use of available bubbles in close proximity around herself (up to three charges depending on how many bubbles were previously on the field before she casts her ultimate, charges determine how many abilities or actions the bubble can withstand, casting the ult with no use of existing bubbles defaults her Repose at one shield charge) knocking back any enemy champions within range outside of the bubble, and prevents them from re-entering, also serving as a null zone that nullifies a single spell or ability that passes through it, capturing projectile auto attacks until it is burst, Enemy champions cannot enter the bubble until the bubble has completely dissipated.

"I don't care how old I am, if I see a bubble, I will hunt it down and pop it. Looking at you Noxians!" Tamamitsune

THIS SHOULD TOTALLY BE IMPLEMENTED IN THE GAME. but who ever came up this concept better take control of this champion because knowing riot she won't get no type of justice

Thanks so much for the feedback :) please let me know if you have any suggestions for anything related to her kit, or her lore.

one thing i can say that your kinda seeming close to bard with this type of champion. it just bubbles instead of shrines so i can say that bubble should apply some sort of sheild that could get magnified by each bubble that is added on prior they arent collided to a minion or champion and that if it hits an enemy champion unlike bards shrine it applies an aoe slow that scales based of the number of bubbles added. so at that point you would need to make max stack on those bubbles shields so they don't get overpowered then too i just thought about it if the bubbles duration doesn't deplete in normal means via over time then when the sheild is destroyed then it also applies an aoe slow

pretty cool art. im interested to see how you work her to not be "syndra with bubbles"

okay so one tip is that you should work around the bubble as a shield kinda thing more rather than bringing wild mechanics in like movement speed scaling and or 1000 different bubbles floating around doing 1000 different random things ;)
my kit suggestion would be

passive tamas abilities spawn bubbles which can be destroyed by enemy projectiles when getting in their way when a bubble gets destroyed it heals nearby allies for 10-180 (scaling with level) and deals 10-180 damage to opponents

q tama spawns bubble that floats towards an enemy but she cant move while casting, tama can decide to move again but this will decrease the speed ot the bubble drastically if hitting the enemy she deals 100/130/160/190/220 (+0.7 ap) magic damage and slows them for 40 % for 2 seconds w tama needs to use 3 spells before activating this
tama spawns a huge bubbly at close range which can catch 3 projectiles bursting after the 3rd one with a huge splash that heals for double the amount being decreased by 25% per champion affected
enemy champions cannot walk through this bubble e tama puts bubble chains on 2 enemy champions connecting them for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds they will slow down the further they go apart (slow scaling with ap here) ult tama putts 3 layers of bubbles around an allied champion melee champion cannot move close to them and will be knocked back when hitting a bubble while also destroying it
the ult willbe 3 circles so you can take many attacks from different sides

Thanks so much for the suggestion on her kit, I agree that the addition to the passive is a grand idea, but the suggestion for her Q, regardless of the potency scaling, and slow effect. Rather it seems to defeat the purpose of her intended vision of a "Mobility Kill Lane Support". I shy away from the idea of a support having to channel anything (Poor Fiddle hiding in the brush) against strong supports with decent poke such as Sona, or scary pull ins such as Thresh. Thresh would need only walk in her direction to scare her out of her channel and effectively in most scenarios defeat the purpose of every taking the ability.

if you can effectively make the opposing adc, and support go oom because they just cant help but pop the pretty bubbles with abilities then you are effectively doing your job as support, with a decent and fair way of zoning. A Karthas type placement Q seems to suit this vision quite well.

i was about to suggest just make a slow floating bubble out of the q but then it would never reach its destionation and actually do damage so she can speed it up by standing still but she doesnt have to
