My champion idea

Greetings every one! i was bored one day and made a champion design and maybe you guys would like to see what it is so here is what i was thinking if you guys would like to give some feedback we could create a unique champion and maybe riot will see this and find some things they like :) so here it is

His or her passive would be whenever an ability is lvl 5 (or buy an item with special currency like gp) you can create unique abilities

His or her first ability could be a skillshot that goes in a line but when maxed to level 5 you can create your unique skill to go anyway you like (example you could make the patern like a lightning bolt by yourself)

his w would be a shield that he or she uses to bounce to you and an ally and when maxed you can make it between bounce 3 times or slam onto the ground for a better aoe shield or a mix of the two: two mediocre slam with a bounce to you and a target ally shielding and dealing a bit of damadge.

his or her e could be another damadge ability making the target stunned the ability would be a skill shot that can pass through minions or not and the e could upgrade just like his q goes in a certain patern you create (you could also make 4 pattern the player could choose between)

his ultimate would be reducing all of his or her cd faster for a short duration so he can be more usefull in teamfight. you could not upgrade this spell since it would be too strong if you did
