My friends and I were having a deep conversation about champions and we came to a recognition that Rammus and Jax don't look very new in game. So we think that Rammus and Jax need visually reworked. Please leave comments and share your opinion about other champions that may need reworked. __
I think that Jax could definitely use a VU, but I'm not sure about Rammus. I mean, Rammus' texture update was pretty nice, and his model doesn't look very technically bad, but his animations and VFX is something I'd love Riot to update, also his Voiceover (as much as it is his charm and one of his most iconic features) requires a little (or perhaps a big) update. I'm not sure about thematic/concept changes for Rammus though, to me, in terms of design, he seems pretty fine.
Scale that down to riots poly budget and you would be surprised how bad it looks
