Could it be less... overt? I get that the tits and ass are meant to say "hey look, a lady", and the random spikes intend to imply violence and/or danger, but the overall effect is rather cliche.
While I love, Ass and Tits, maybe it's time we had more female champions like 
who actually look more like creatures than humans. I mean, all the female "Monsters" on the rift look more like human females with costume on. You can't really say the same about
We have a bunch of male creatures who literally don't resemble humans in the least, or fall way closer to terrifying creature than human, but we don't really have any female creatures who look like strange other world creatures. I'd say Rek'sai is really the only one. Since Yordles are entirely different, and the rest of the Female Creatures all have profoundly human like aesthetics.
Not saying we should go all out and make another Reksai, just maybe tone it down. 
's design was a good start. But we could use more females that actually look more like what they're supposed to be, instead of just another rendition of a Monster Girl Character.
And before you downvote, consider this.

Look man, I get it, but why does being female have to mean "has boobs and a big butt"? I mean, can we use some other atypical gender signifier for female species? Forgive me for sounding like a Tumblrista, but I think we need to do a better job at making female characters not be identified by boobs and their butt (Riot's actually been doing a fantastic job with that lately 
).
As much as I love fishtits' gameplay, I can't look at classic splash art without just mentally facepalming at the ridiculousness of a fish with breasts. Even if they were two air bladders, they're a gender signifier, nothing more.
I'm all ok with having big lucious boobies because it makes sense for them to.
I'll even tolerate 
because it's somewhat relevant to their characters and it is possible for them to have such big breasts.
However, this: is never going to be OK. Nami having two round lumps on her chest serve nothing more but a gender signifier for a woman. When you start defying biology, that's when I start having problems. A fish with breasts is outside my suspension of disbelief, even in League of Legends.
It fits the theme of dangerous and violent yet elegant, but it might be a bit much with the hair-tail-spike thing

I like the design, but I'm thinking remove the spikes on the arms, or adjust the wings height and increase the intensity, and as many people say, a little less tit would be nice, maybe less of a metal look rather than it looking like chain armor, since darkin don't seem to wear armor, rather they have the innate regeneration and the strength to withstand a blow, now that is simply my opinion, take it as you will. Its a good starting point, but there are several tweaks that would make this better. just no fish titties and no
new
