Tahm Kench Ultimate swallowing minions

I Have a proposal,

Can we allow Tahm Kench with his Ultimate ability to get allied minions around him to travel around the map? This would not only buff him(he has around 35% win ratio), but also give him the more utility (which i think kench is the king of).

Do you mean ulting to get towers then, with minions at your side and your adc? I could see that work to get a quick tower, a new way of 'splitpushing'.
