Kennen Problems

Hey so it may just be me but I have a little issue. I think Kennen should get a new skin that isn't just a re-texture of his base skin. They should make a new skin were his Skill effects and Re-call are different along with his appearance, like Blood Moon Kennen. I love Kennen, but I think he is very underappreciated. So I Think making a new skin for him would drag new players to play him!
