Concept for better dynamic queue.

I play a lot of ranked with a mate and we like going duo bot however the main problem is that he always gets support even if I don't get adc. Rarely I may get adc and he won't get support. It's agitating because we don't enjoy bot if we can't communicate with the other player. I think riot should implement a system that means you and your duo partner either both get bot or neither. Thanks for your time :)

nope, that would but an unfair advantage on duo partners. solo adc and supports would have a tough time getting bot lane

This would also prob lead to longer queue times O_O no .... no....

That's the risk you take when you queue up, at least one of you is getting your preferred role instead of blind queue where it's a scramble. You could always ask someone if they want to swap, some people are alright with it.
