Need more Angels

Every other nation/faction/part of the game has tons of champs, but the angels only have Kayle... and kinda Morganna but not really. What gives!?

Right now the angels are on kinda shaky ground lore-wise; we'd need to wait a bit to see what the re-writing does with their background before we can get a definitive idea of how adding more of them would fit the world.

And their boss can be named Charlie.

Partially they would need to give Kayle good lore first but also they want to make an angel who is distinct enough from Kayle.
