OK so basically would be a mystical creature as always but meeps are like small bouncing stars around and his q is like a rainbow that does a sprinkle noise when popped. His w would be like some sort of candy or another small star. And obviously his e would be like a rainbow portal with majestic clouds. And his r would be like a symbol of a star in the middle and like different colors I don't know if anyone knows how this would look but anyone have ideas? {{summoner:17}} {{summoner:2}} .

He is already thematically similar to this idea. However, if I were to make a Star Guardian Bard I would make him translucent and celestial, similar to Aurelion Sol's tail. And I would change all of his abilities into blueish sparkling effects. The main problem with my concept would actually be coding the frame to pop correctly. Translucent models sometimes have the problem of showing the other parts of their body which results in a strange overlapping effect. It works with glass because we expect it, but with transparent ethereal entities, we expect more nebulousness than transparency.
