Ability to refund every skin for the same amount of rp?

League of legends allow you to refund any bought item in the store up to 3 times only. The newer skins especially the championship skins look really nice but I can't afford to buy them. I think it would be nice if riot can add maybe more refunds or get more refunds each season.

Well if that were the case then people could just try out a skin then say, "oh im done using this skin. Lets refund and get a new one!". That would be very bad for profit.
