Final Boss Veigar log in?

I'm a bit curious as to why Final Boss Veigar hasn't gotten his own log in theme. The new Battle Bosses get a login, & while I support that I just wish Final Boss Veigar was in it, or at least had his own log in. Final Boss Veigar is my favorite skin, it's why I changed my name to what it is now & I'd love for it to have a login screen, even though the skin is several years old.

Does anyone else think a Final Boss log in would be nice? Please Rito.
