[SUGGESTION] Report during champion select.

Hello,

So I have been playing rankeds low elo for a while (silver and bronze) and I noticed something that everyone who plays here knows: we usually find someone trollpicking or locking another lane. And this is happening more and more. I can almost say that I find one person like these 1 every 4 games. Just now I was in champion select and someone who was supposed to be a support insta locked top. I had to leave because i couldn't afford losing another 20 LPs. Instead I lost 3. But the situation is even worse for someone who is at promos, because they lose them.

I don't know if this was already a suggestion, but here it goes:

How about creating some kind of system during the champion select phase in which we (the rest of the team) can report a player who does this and the game can be disbanded without some kind on penalty? For example with 3 or 4 votes against the player causing the trouble.

This probably doesn't happen a lot in high elos, but for us low tier players it really is a hard reality!

It's NOT a good suggestion because any troll or group of trolls can choose to report players and then proceed to lock them into a game that is meaningless, and so then all they're doing is feeding the enemy team free LP.

I think it might need to bring a vote up where the team can agree or disagree with the report otherwise people can just troll with it anyway.

THIS COULD BE AMAZING. Like if they get 3 or 4 reports they get kicked out and loose 3 lp and cant play ranked for like half an hour. But premades would abuse this system to get their lanes.

The only problem with this is that premades would be able to ban players in order to champ select troll. And to avoid the latter you would need to make that there's no punishment for getting kicked, allowing trolls to get off with no problems.
